Our factory is built on a vast area, equipped with the latest and most advanced manufacturing technologies, and staffed by skilled and dynamic workers.

Gia Han Furniture spans 70,000m², with well-organized spaces for efficient operations:

Factory: 25,000m²
Warehouse: 10,000m²
Yard: 15,000m²
Infrastructure & Green Spaces: 20,000m² (including roads, fire protection water reservoirs, greenery, and flower gardens)

This layout ensures smooth production flow, safety, and a sustainable environment.

Solar Power System

Gia Hân Furniture operates a 3MW solar power system, primarily used for production needs. If additional power is required, we supplement with the national grid. When there is excess energy, it is sold back to the national electricity network, supporting sustainable energy solutions.

Fire Safety Water Reservoir

Our 1,200m² fire safety reservoir holds over 2,000m³ of clean water, even during the hottest seasons. The water remains clean and supports aquatic life, ensuring a reliable fire prevention resource. Gia Han Furniture has never experienced a fire incident, and we remain committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Materials

We offer a wide variety of wood options for Indoor Furniture, Outdoor Furniture, and Kitchenware, with most of them FSC 100% certified and compliant with EUDR standards for the EU market.

Indoor Furniture: Oak wood, Acacia wood, Teak wood, Pine wood (FSC 100% and EUDR compliant), as well as Ash wood, Beech wood, Poplar wood, and Birch wood (pre-2021 stock).
Outdoor Furniture: Teak wood, Acacia wood, and Eucalyptus wood (FSC 100% certified and EUDR compliant).
Kitchenware: Teak wood and Acacia wood (FSC 100% certified and EUDR compliant).
